KKBD Terms and Conditions – Rules Every Player Must Know

01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the KKBD platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These KKBD Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you and KKBD. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the KKBD platform.

These terms apply to all KKBD services — including the website, the KKBD mobile app, all games available on the platform, all promotions and bonuses, and all customer support interactions. Using any part of KKBD constitutes acceptance of these terms, regardless of whether you have read them in full.

02 Eligibility and Registration

To register and use a KKBD account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be a resident of a jurisdiction where online casino gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of a KKBD employee or contractor.
• You must not have previously had a KKBD account closed for rule violations.

KKBD reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation when requested may result in account suspension until the matter is resolved. Providing false information during KKBD registration is a serious violation of these terms and will result in immediate account closure.

03 Account Management

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one KKBD account. Registering or operating more than one account — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. KKBD uses automated systems to detect duplicate accounts, and any accounts identified as duplicates will be closed without notice.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your KKBD account. This includes all bets placed, all deposits made, and all withdrawals requested. You must keep your KKBD login credentials confidential and must not share them with any other person. KKBD will never contact you to ask for your password.

If you believe your KKBD account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact KKBD support immediately. KKBD will investigate and take appropriate action, but cannot be held responsible for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access where the player failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials.

Players may request account closure at any time by contacting KKBD support. Accounts closed at the player's request will have any remaining real-money balance returned to the player's verified payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing times and verification requirements.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

KKBD accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the payment methods listed on the KKBD cashier page. All transactions on KKBD are processed in BDT. KKBD does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources — the payment method you use to deposit must be registered in your own name.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed in the KKBD cashier at the time of transaction. These limits may vary depending on the payment method selected and may be adjusted by KKBD from time to time without prior notice.

All withdrawal requests on KKBD are subject to identity verification (KYC). Players who have not completed KYC will be required to do so before their first withdrawal is processed. KKBD may request additional documentation for larger withdrawals or where there is a need to verify the source of funds. Standard withdrawal processing times on KKBD are between 1 and 3 business days, though this may vary depending on the payment method and verification status of the account.

• Withdrawals will only be sent to payment methods previously used to deposit on KKBD.
• KKBD does not charge fees for standard withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the KKBD platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action:

• Creating or operating more than one KKBD account.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the KKBD platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any KKBD game.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches in KKBD games or the platform.
• Attempting to launder money or use KKBD for any illegal financial activity.
• Abusing the KKBD bonus system through systematic exploitation of promotional offers.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing KKBD staff or other players.
• Attempting to access KKBD systems or data without authorisation.

08 Account Suspension and Closure

KKBD reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any section of these KKBD Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested.
• Provision of false or inaccurate account information.
• At the player's own request.
• As required by applicable law or regulatory authority.

Where an account is closed due to a rule violation, KKBD reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance, including any real-money funds. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to rule violations — such as at the player's own request — any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method within standard processing times.

09 Responsible Gaming

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KKBD's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the KKBD platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

KKBD is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the KKBD platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity. KKBD does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform and is not liable for losses resulting from platform downtime, technical errors, or third-party service failures.

11 Privacy and Data

KKBD collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering a KKBD account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the KKBD Privacy Policy. KKBD will never sell your personal data to third parties. Data is used solely for the purposes of operating the KKBD platform, processing transactions, verifying identity, and complying with legal obligations.

KKBD uses industry-standard SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and KKBD servers. Player financial data is stored securely and is never shared with unauthorised parties.

12 Changes to These Terms
